10. How do I terminate my lease agreement?If you wish to terminate your lease agreement, kindly inform us in writing at your earliest convenience. Depending on the terms outlined in your lease, a notice period may be necessary before you can vacate the premises. Typically, we request a 30-day notice before the start of the month. This allows us sufficient time to advertise the room for potential future tenants. Rest assured, we are committed to facilitating a seamless transition and will assist you with any necessary move-out procedures.

6. How do I book a room rental?Booking a room rental is easy! Simply browse our available listings on our website and select the property that meets your needs. Once you've found the perfect room, you can hit Apply and fill out the information provided. Once we receive the information and you are approved we send out a lease that is signed electronically.

1. What is a month-to-month room rental?A month-to-month room rental is a flexible housing option that allows you to lease a furnished room for a short period, typically on a monthly basis. Unlike traditional leases, there is no long-term commitment, giving you the freedom to stay for as long as you need without being tied down to a lengthy contract.

9. What safety measures are in place at your rental properties?The safety and security of our tenants are of utmost importance to us. Our rental properties are equipped with standard safety features such as secure locks, smoke detectors, and emergency exit routes. We also conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure that all safety equipment is functioning properly.

4. Is there a security deposit required?Yes, we do require a security deposit upon signing the lease agreement. This is typically one months rent with utilities included.The deposit amount may vary depending on the rental property, but it is refunded upon the same day of move-out, provided the room is returned in good condition.

3. How long can I stay in the rental property?Our leases are designed to offer maximum flexibility. You can stay for as long as you need, with a minimum of thirty days or stay several months, or longer. With our month-to-month lease agreements, you can extend your stay or move out with a 30-day notice.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
